God Is Close partners with global jewelry merchants in order to provide you with the best prices, unique designs and a distinct international shopping experience.
This means that your order may be shipped from one of our global suppliers - sometimes overseas.
Depending on where you are and because we ship directly from our partners in other countries, due to incredibly high demand for our jewelry please allow 2-3 weeks for US delivery and please allow 3-5 weeks for International delivery.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is currently FREE Worldwide, unless otherwise noted.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- This depends on the product ordered and which country you are in. On average, 2-3 weeks for the US, UK, CA and AUS and 3-5 weeks for everywhere else.
Can I have a tracking number?
- Yes, all our products are shipped with tracking numbers. If you would like yours, please contact email@example.com
- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
- Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email in wrong, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
What is your refund policy?
- We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - which means we will refund your money if you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your order; just send them back any time within three months from placing the order.
We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
- In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 90 days. Thanks for understanding!
- Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
- If there is damage to an item upon delivery, contact our customer service immediately firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Pack the item securely. Please provide your order number, name phone number and email address.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx or Canada Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated by our customer support.

Free shipping is not extended to special promotional offers such as any 'FREE + Shipping' offers where we are providing the item at no cost.
Many of our items are shipped internationally, in some cases directly from our suppliers. Shipping times vary; we aim to process and ship your order within 5-7 working days, and delivery can be 15-31 working days. Please note that delivery times can take from 3 - 6 weeks. If you cannot wait this long please do not order.
Some items may take longer if shipped internationally, depending on various factors, such as which postage service/company is being used, and any potential delays with customs. If you have any questions, or if you are experiencing any unexpected delays with receiving your order, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Delays / Problems
Occasionally, there may be an issue or a problem with shipping, which is unfortunately out of our control, and comes down to the individual shipping service used, and any possible security/customs hold-up's. If your item has not arrived in the time specified above, please Contact Our Support Team who will be able to assist you further.
In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.
